The Book Of Boy Review. I love how the author presented this book’s relatable theme and characters. What if they have a story a bit like alem.
Richard wright's autobiographical book black boy reveals both the conspicuous and insidious effects of racial bigotry in the southern united states during the 1920s. In the shocking new thriller from the #1 new york times bestselling author of run away, a man whose past is shrouded in mystery must find a missing teenage girl before her disappearance brings about disastrous consequences for her community. The author john boyne did a masterful job of depicting the setting in such vivid detail and exposing the events in a manner that i felt a constant emotional pull as the story unfolded and impending doom lingered on the horizon.
I can see some similarities, and if you like these writers than this is the book for you, but boy parts is something else.
This book was published in 2019 and at the time of this review, it has over 74,000 reviews on amazon. I have seen clark’s novel compared to the works of ottessa moshfegh and american psycho by bret easton ellis. Instead of leaving the boy alone, celia keeps on trying to show and convince him that the world is a beautiful place. The book of boy takes place in the medieval era.
