Reading Counts Books For 8th Grade. Each book, depending on it's difficulty level, is worth a certain number of points. There are all different kinds of levels of books divided into blue, green, pink, yellow.
Then, at the end of the quarter, i match the quizzes they passed with the books they were supposed to be reading. Students will need to earn 24 points this quarter in order to receive “p” in their quarterly report card grade. This is the only way i’ve found that i can make sure students aren’t cheating.
