Since this book was written when she was going through a separation from her husband due to infidelity, i thought i wouldn’t be able to relate to this book and it would be a waste of my money. I’m not going through a crisis in my current season of life. Lysa terkeurst check’s all the boxes in her latest novel it’s not supposed to be this way, finding unexpected strength when disappointments leave you shattered. It’s not supposed to be this way.
