Difficult Conversations Book Review. The book has excellent reviews, so it looked like a no brainer to take up. The author understands and captured the idiosyncrasies of this aspect of the human condition, even better than he did in his other (already great) book, “thanks for the feedback“.

It should be required reading for anyone who hasn’t done mediation or communication training (i have, but still learned a lot).
There may very well be good textbooks written on this subject. Conflict, negotiation and difficult conversations are hard, but there are plenty of good books help. It should be required reading for anyone who hasn’t done mediation or communication training (i have, but still learned a lot). All participants in a difficult conversation contribute to the outcome.
