Each child keeps a detailed journal of everything they eat in a week, and then segal stages an elaborate portrait of them surrounded by the foods they consumed.
These portraits of children surrounded by their personal and weekly eating wonts cannot leave us indifferent. In an attempt to showcase how eating habits differ across the globe, one photographer snapped 25 children from nine destinationa surrounded by the foods they eat on a weekly basis.
