Best Warhammer 40k Books Reddit. Alright while i've only gotten into the 40k books last year i think i have a pretty good idea of what to read (at least for the imperium). As several people have already recommended i think eisenhorn is a fantastic warhammer 40k book and is a pretty good place to start.
They are high on my list of armies to collect and paint someday. There’s some great content out there for 40k fans. Ciaphas cain novels, horus heresy books, gaunt's ghosts series, the two inquisitor omnibus (eisenhorn and ravenor) and the night lords omnibus are considered to be among the best.
The asthetic of warriror nuns immediately strikes the grimdark tone of 40k pretty much perfectly.
The dark eldar novel series is a line of novels and short stories by andy chambers, featuring the dark eldar. I've seen quite a few audiobooks on the net too, especially for the horus heresy books. Gaunt's ghost series, [currently 14 books, with (i believe) 2 left to be released)], by dan abnett (with the exception of the sabbat worlds, which is a short stories collection) this is set before most of warhammer 40k, (set roughly around 41,776), but not a lot is different. | page 2 | rpgnet forums.
